cooking greens from the garden. helped with little chores.

visited a friend's farm for a wonderful dinner. the mother there and i really connected. she said i 'beam', which others have said to me on this trip. in the period before i left, after i had been practicing vipassana for a while, people were saying how i was starting to look more 'monk-like'.
i was invited to stay at this farm and help with some work on a house being built for one of the daughters. they could give me a place to sleep and be for a few days. it was a very tempting welcome.
